Kajsa Krause is a design executive and strategic advisor with more than twenty-five years of experience at the intersection of luxury hospitality, design, brand, and business strategy. Trained as an architect, her career spans Rockwell Group, the founding and leadership of Krause Sawyer, and senior creative and strategic roles, including Principal and Director of Strategy at Champalimaud Design.She works closely with owners, developers, brands, and design-led businesses to identify opportunity, define vision, and set the direction required to bring ideas to life. Her work spans design leadership and strategic oversight, brand and guest experience, and the broader path from concept through delivery and realization, connecting creative and commercial thinking across projects and emerging platforms.Her perspective is shaped by a Scandinavian sensibility, a lifelong engagement with vitality and human performance, and a deep affinity for shared experiences and the places that bring them to life.
